Our Guesthouse Information

Our Guesthouse comprises 5 en-suite Double Rooms

General Information
The accommodation comprises 5 en-suite Double Rooms which are comfortably furnished and fitted with air-conditioning. Other notable features are the TVs with limited shared DStv access. Also on offer is a Honeymoon Suite which comes with a Jet-bath.

Breakfasts and light lunches are either served on the patio, deck, or in the beautiful garden. On request dinner can also be served.

An annex to the Guest house is the Dolphin Premier House which is a private self-catering unit (1km away) currently listed on the Heritage list of Cullinan, (built around the year 1921), which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, a dining room, front porch and back yard private braai area.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Should the necessity arise you reserve the right to suggest alternate dates – (One Month before arrival date).
    If cancellation in writing is less than 15 days before arrival date, or no-show – visitor forfeits 100% of amount paid.
  • If cancellation in writing is between 15 and 30 days before arrival date, visitor forfeits 75% of amount paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
  • If cancellation in writing is between 30 + days before arrival date, visitor forfeits 50% of amount paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
Guesthouse Rules
  • Any additional extra’s requested will be billed to client.
  • When extending a reservation, extra days will be charged the rate applicable on that specific day.
  • In the event of the guest not checking in on the first night of the reservation without notification, the accommodation will not be held for the number of days already paid for.
  • Please note that time of arrival on arrival date is at 14:00 and check out time on date of departure is before or at 10:00.
  • Please advise if you will be a late arrival.
  • Regrettably no pets are allowed – guide dogs only.
  • Please note that no private quad bikes are allowed on the property. Please advise if you have any dietary requirements or special requests before arrival.

  • Check-in 14:00 pm to 20:00 pm (late arrivals should be arranged)
  • Check-out 10:00 am

Meals
All Pre-booked meals incl.  Coffee, tea, juice or water.  We don’t serve any gas soft drinks or liquor, but guests are more than welcome to bring with.
